One of the founding immersive pillars of ºÚÁÏÉç is pairing students with leaders across sectors for valuable one-on-one mentorship on leadership styles, while learning more about China and its role in the world. More than 100 prominent industry figures – from business, non-profits, international organizations, and the public sector – have become mentors to the Fifth Cohort of ºÚÁÏÉç. Schwarzman College hosted two virtual kick-off events last month to welcome this year’s mentors, during which Founding Trustee Steve Schwarzman, Executive Director Amy Stursberg, Executive Dean and Professor David Pan, and Director of Career Development Julia Zupko each expressed their gratitude for the support of this program, as well as the importance of mentor relationships to Scholars, that span well beyond the academic year.
